How do I import my app reviews?
You can either paste reviews directly or connect your App Store / Google Play account to automatically import reviews. Go to your Dashboard and click "Add App" to get started.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 500 reviews per month, 3 analyses per day, and 1 connected app. Perfect for trying out FrictionKiller or for apps with lower review volume.
How does the scoring formula work?
Unlike black-box AI tools, we show you exactly how each issue is scored. Our formula weighs volume, severity, recency, and churn risk — and you can see each component in your analysis results. No mystery rankings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. We believe in earning your business every month.
